Tricia Holloway is Head Of Music at Freeform


Australian-born Tricia Holloway is Head Of Music at Freeform (previously known as ABC Family). In her role /she oversees music in series, promo’s, campaigns and tie-ins including both the creative and business side. Tricia is responsible for music element across the company including music supervisors, composers, budgets, theme songs,  original music creation, soundtrack releases, tie ins, campaigns, promo’s and servicing the music needs of all departments. She also oversees a boutique collection of songs from indie artists in one of song deals – sourcing indie artist to do work for hire deals. She works to find placements throughout Freeform series and promo’s for these songs and in tandem, coordinates shout out to the social army that consistently results in Freeform winning the spot as #1 social active network in the US. 

Holloway was previously an independent music supervisor and principal of Path Music – a music supervision company based in Los Angeles.  In earlier years, she was as Executive In Charge of Film Music at Lionsgate. 

While her list of credits is long, on both the big and small screens, in her current role at Freeform, Tricia currently oversees music items related to Shadowhunters, Beyond, Pretty Little Liars, Dead of Summer, Famous in Love, Guilt, Stitchers, The Fosters, Switched At Birth, Cheer Squad, Monica The Medium, Young and Hungry, The Letter, Baby Daddy, Ben & Lauren: Happily Ever After, 13 Nights of Halloween and 25 Days of Christmas.
