Anna Kelberg-Kim is an entertainment lawyer and a founder of Indie Sync House, LLC.
Anna is an entertainment professional with a unique background in music and law.
Anna’s passion for helping people to build their careers in entertainment comes from her personal experiences as a classically trained violinist and as being a parent of a music artist. She has always valued the arts as an important and integral part of her daily life, deeply rooted in growing up among generations of professional music educators and music artists. Becoming a music therapist through her undergraduate studies has taught her to recognize the psychological processes in listening and playing music. Anna believes that with the rapid change in the music and the entertainment industry, music synchronization is very instrumental for independent musicians in fulfilling their creative purpose. Anna has recently found a boutique music placement licensing agency, Indie Sync House, LLC, which represents independent music catalog to service audio-visual productions and media outlets, worldwide.
Anna combines her business and legal knowledge to offer comprehensive legal representation to entertainment professionals on matters pertaining to Copyright and Trademark; Clearance and Licensing Rights; Formation of Business Entity; and Contract Drafting, Review, and Negotiation.
Anna is actively involved with the local Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts committee and serves on the board of directors for Ohio Arts Professional Network.
