I am a Prague based sync agent, producer and artist, working as Director of BrainZone Sync & Publishing, passionate about independent music, sustainability and artistic expression. With my background in anthropology and law studies, I use my professional engagement to understand cultural commonalities, to empower artists and to deliver human-centred authentic stories.
Whilst living in France and in the UK for 8 years, I worked in marketing and business roles, producing and developing online music platforms. I founded and directed an international content production and distribution platform DiscovrTV, and developed an artist consultation company Artist Bridge Consulting. In 2020 I settled back in Prague and I was made Head of synchronisation and publishing at BrainZone, a label, talent management, PR and booking agency, with a substantial marketshare in Central and Eastern Europe.
My ambitions are to contribute to the sustainability of career development and empowerment of independent artists across music scenes and to be given opportunities to learn and grow as a female professional in business.
BrainZone is an experienced creative company with a strong background in the music and entertainment industry in the Czech Republic. BrainZone label as well as BrainZone International both focus on artist management, A&R services, bookings & tour production, PR & marketing services and strategic consulting on local as well as global level. We publish & distribute music, represent artists, provide a wide range of media services, organise concerts, tours and festivals. We are partners with TicketLIVE, a strong market-wide ticketing company.
In 2021, we added a wider range of services to artists in central and eastern Europe – synchronisation licensing and a variety of publishing deals to independent artists. We recognise the importance of building a gateway between central Europe and other territories that would open new opportunities of income and career development for artists.

We offer one stop synchronisation licensing as well as represent the score music composers and mediate opportunities for orchestral recordings or studios to provide clients with the amazing resources that reside in the Czech and Slovak territories.
