Eric David Johnson (aka DJ Bunny Ears): A little about me: I am a music supervisor, DJ, director, musician, filmmaker, writer, artist, curator, futurist, photographer, producer, husband/father, vinyl hound and selector. Though I am truly rooted as an independent artist, I have spent over fifteen years in the advertising industry, working first at Wieden + Kennedy then at Young & Rubicam New York, DDB Chicago, Search Party Music and now at McCann NY as the SVP Executive Music Producer.

I have worked with such clients as Nike, Microsoft, MasterCard, Coke, Reebok, Target, Google, PepsiCo, Budweiser, McDonald’s, LG, Honda, MTV, VH1, Nokia, Campbell’s, ESPN, Bacardi, Dell, Gatorade, NHL, Land Rover, Diet Coke, NASCAR, Xerox, Accenture, State Farm, Colgate, Starbucks, Oreo, EA Games, Mars/Wrigley’s, Skittles, Starburst, Warby Parker, Audi, Nikon, TED, Amazon, Cadillac, IDEO, L’Oreal, Mt. Dew, etc.

I have also directed award-winning TV commercials for Nike, as well as music videos for M. Ward, Cursive and Chin Up Chin Up. Currently living in New York, I play in the bands, Pulseprogamming and Riddenpaa, run the independent new-species label Ladies & Gentlemen and DJ in the NYC/LA crew, Silent Knights.

Professionally, I work from a music-centric POV and am an integrated creative-producter hybrid.

I regularly participate industrywide in panels, juries and conferences such as: SXSW, CMJ, AICPs, MIDEM, CLIOs, London International Awards, etc.
