A multi-instrumentalist, I reside in rural North Caroilina and have been writing and recording music for over 20 years. I record in my home studio, putting to music the images of nature, gardens, children, seasons and magic. I’ve taught music to elementary students at a Montessori school. I have played and collaborated with percussionist Dale Baker (Sixpence None the Richer) and Katharine Whalen (The Squirrel Nut Zippers).
I own the rights to all of my songs. However, several of my instrumentals can be found over at Music of the Sea for liscensing. My world beat instrumental “All Fall Down” has been liscensed for the documentary Kings of Beer.
My songs can be found on most streaming platforms including Spotify, Bandcamp, Apple Music, etc.
I write upbeat and hopeful left-of-field indie pop. I will compose to your needs and have dozens of of tracks that would fit nicely into the background of movies and sitcoms.
I collaborate with visual artists for my band artwork and local musicians for their expertise. I believe it takes a village…
