Ivan Chandler is the founder of Musicalities Limited, a music consultancy which this year will be celebrating 20 years in business.
Ivan is one of the UK’s leading experts in music copyright. He is also a music supervisor, music licensing executive, music publisher, keyboard player, composer, lecturer in music copyright and a forensic musicologist.
Ivan previously held senior management positions with Rocket Music, Paramount Pictures’ music publishing division, 8 years as European Manager of Motown’s famous Jobete Music Company and for 3 years was the music consultant to PACT (Producers Alliance for Cinema and Television).
Musicalities’ clients – amongst many others – include Aardman Animations, XIX Entertainment, Discovery, IMG Media, The European Broadcasting Union, British Black Music, Indie Training Fund, Nutopia, The Hallé Orchestra, Amnesty International and numerous independent television & film companies.
Ivan is also the author of “The DVD Music Licensing Guide”, the first publication of its kind.
