A handshake and an elevator pitch at a movie screening led Jesse to a sync agent position with Art Ford Music.
Art Ford Music represents thousands of songs by artists such as Frank, and Nancy Sinatra, Christina Aguilera, Motley Crue, The Sonics, Celine Dion, Little Richard, Whitney Houston, Aerosmith, Ella Fitzgerald, Wu-Tang Clan, and independent, emerging, and unsigned artists.
Ford Music Service’s song placements include Marvel films, Oprah Winfrey’s “David Makes Man,” The Dirt, The Equalizer 2, John Wick 2, Christopher Robin, Welcome To Marwen, Cars 3, The Bourne Identity, The Body Guard, Hannah Montana, Austin Powers, Men in Black, Desperate Housewives, CSI, Coca-Cola, Toyota, Citibank, and Mercedes Benz.
Before licensing, Jesse worked as music manager and tour assistant with DJ, Producer, and Perfecto Records label owner Paul Oakenfold, Jesse coordinated his events for Mt. Everest, Las Vegas, and Singapore, negotiated business deals, managed Oakenfold’s music library, did set prep, and served as brand ambassador and graphic designer for Oakenfold’s Electronic Music Academy.
Jesse has also been DJing for over 12 years. Performances include closing for Grammy winner Dave Aude at The House of Blues, The historic IVAR theater, Heat Ultra Lounge, Amoeba Records, The Skylark New York City, and The Gaylord National Resort. He also hosted the Essential Mix on WRIR-97.3 FM, and produced and performed annual Tron and Metal Gear Solid concerts, featuring Disney directors, and Batman actors.
