  • Work with various studios to achieve any and all music needs (in-game song placements, composers for scoring, etc.)
  • Assist marketing teams with music ideas for ad campaigns and trailers
  • Participate in licensing meetings and discussions surrounding artist and music integration with our licensing partners
  • Negotiate and license music for games, marketing uses, and partnerships
  • Facilitate contract revisions, executions, and payments
  • Review marketing, PR, packaging and in-game assets to make sure music and artist name & track titles are used in accordance to music licenses
  • Manage and track all approvals, payments, and contract executions
  • Build, foster and maintain relationships within the music industry
  • Manage additional department support staff
  • Effectively communicate with internal departments and department heads to determine full company alignment on ideas prior to execution
  • Work with teams to determine estimated costs for budgeting purposes
  • Manage relationships with Music Library companies, and keep up-to-date rate cards available with our commonly used vendors
  • Identify music industry trends and up-and-coming talent
