Randall Foster is Senior Director of Creative Synch & Licensing at ole’ publishing, the world’s fastest growing rights management company. In this capacity he oversees creative music licensing of the ole’ catalog comprising more than 45,000 song copyrights ranging from Timbaland to Taylor Swift, film score, classic TV music and much more.

Randall is responsible for helping develop ole’s licensing activities into a robust revenue stream placing music in Hollywood blockbusters, TV, independent film, advertising, consumer products, digital media and maximizing each and every business vertical. Randall specializes in music licensing, copyright law and business development, but his true business passions lie in new media and digital music, which represent the true future of the Music business.

Randall holds a Master’s Degree in Music Business and Entertainment Industries from the University of Miami. He is a voting member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (GRAMMYs), Chairman of the Nashville Chapter of the American Association of Independent Music (A2IM), Committee Chair for the Nashville Film Festival Music Committee, actively serves on committees for the American Bandmasters Association, Film­Com and the College Music Society and is a past board member of the Society of Leaders In Development (SOLID) and ALIAS (a non­profit dedicated to music education and philanthropic outreach). In addition to these activities, Randall is a member of various trade and music advocacy organizations including the Music and Entertainment Industry Educators Association (MEIEA), and the NAMM Support Music Coalition. Randall keeps an active lecturing and speaking schedule making appearances at various Universities and conferences
