Bill is a broadly experienced administrator for major music publishers and record companies with management background in copyright administration, licensing, audits and royalties, though he has worked in every step of the modern music publishing process as well as working on the due diligence for various publishing catalog acquisitions. Bill has worked with companies including Bug Music, Universal Music Publishing, Universal Music Group, Virgin Records, and as co-founder and director at Pacific Electric Music Publishing, which was brought into Schubert Music US in 2019.
The current roster of artists working with Schubert US include Kid Moxie, Nightnight, Teena Marie, Ministry (from Beer to Eternity), NINA (queen of synthpop) Krashkarma, Carolyn Sills Combo, Cathal Coughlan / Telefis (Ireland), Keeley (Ireland), Nathan Jacques, Robin Eaton (Nashville), Trent Summar and the new row mob (Nashville), Side Pony, Leeroy Preston (Asleep at the Wheel/ Nashville) Gwil Owen (Nashville) and John Fryer (4AD and Beggars Banquet producer)

We currently represent the catalogs of The Apples in stereo, Radar Bros, Richie Havens, Olivia Tremor Control, Paz Lenchantin (Pixies), Holger Beier (Mexican Institute of Sound), Kurt Wagner (Lambchop, heCTA), Ann Magnuson (Bongwater), David Egan and have in the past represented John Darnielle (Mountain Goats), Idaho, David Poe and John Doe (X, Knitters).
